The East Pennsboro Area High School girls’ soccer team performed very well in their 2008 season, all the way to District 3-AA Championships.

“We’re off to a very good start,” stated senior Rebecca Grove at the beginning of the season. However, Grove and other teammates agree they never would have expected to go so far. “It’s amazing how we started off thinking it would be just another season, but it was so much more,” sophomore Chelsea Bonetti explained.

Led by Coach Mull, the girls made it through two rounds in the District 3-AA Championships, a difficult feat. “It gives me hope for next year; If we work on our weaknesses we could be even greater,” stated Bonetti. Grove agreed. “I wish I was playing next year, I feel like we can do anything after this!”
