The East Pennsboro varsity wrestling team is 10-2 with a chance to go to districts. "I think we will go," said both sophomore Gage Orr and Jake Englebright. "We will kill Camp Hill," said Englebright. "They have no chance." "We will win 40-20," said Orr. "They can't beat us." After the loss to Boiling Springs, both Orr and Englebright said, "it knocked us down; it showed us how good we really were." If the panthers win against Camp Hill, they will clinch a spot into districts. Following the interview, the Panthers wish came true. The final score was East Penn 40; Camp Hill 35. As previously stated, the panthers clinched a spot into districts. Mike Lebo, Max Miller, Zach Nye, Charlie Bise, Sean Bise, Jake Englebright, and Garrett Conrad all had victories against Camp Hill. Zach Nye is featured on the front of the sports page in the Patriot News in Friday's (Jan 25) paper. With that win the panthers are now 11-2 for the season; the best in years. |
