An East Pennsboro Area High School Teacher, Ann Wotring was selected as teacher of the week because she is “fun, caring, and easy to talk to,” said Senior Nikki Watts.
Wotring teaches Psychology, Sociology, and 9th grade honors history. She graduated from Millersville University majoring in Psychology and Penn State for her teacher’s certificate. Wotring says she has always wanted to teach because she likes “working with the kids and impacting their lives in a positive way.” Until 2000, Wotring stayed at home with her kids and worked at a bank. Watts said she likes Mrs.Wotring because she is “personal.” Wotring hasn’t taught at any other school and she said she likes it here. Watts said she would recommend the class to “anyone because she has a great teaching style.” Wotring isn’t involved in any clubs around the school because she said she wants to have quality family time. |
