Senior Hannah Miller was recently chosen by Mr. Lee Seibert to be student of the week at East Pennsboro Area High School.
Miller, like many students at East Penn, is an honor roll student. She succeeds past the limits in her courses, setting high standards. Another reason to keep those grades up is because she’s an athlete. “I play tennis on our High School tennis team,” said Miller. “This is my second year playing and I love it,” Miller added. There’s a variety of ways to get community service hours. “For community service, I mostly go to West Creek Hills,” Miller said. When Miller goes to West Creek Hills her job is to help the kids with their work and projects. She also helps them learn and study in their classes. “My favorite part is missing school to be with the kids,” Miller stated. Miller also helps out with the scheduling of hours. “I help set up the pep rallies, also,” Miller said. “I prepare our school with other events we do during the school year,” Miller added. One person has commented on this article. 1.Hannah rocks!Decker, UnregisteredMe and Hannah go way back, and she does a ton of volunteer work as well as helps with various other school activities. She definitely deserves more recognition than she gets.
Also, I heard one time she fought a bear with chainsaws for hands. |
