Teacher Erick Hanson of East Pennsboro Area High School has been chosen for teacher of the week.

Hanson has been teaching for three and half years. "I teach World History, 11th through 12th," says Hanson. "I had a job driving for Red Bull Trucking before teaching," says Hanson. Hanson attended Lock Haven High School. "I also went to Lock Haven University," Hason stated. "I was in college for four years, majoring in secondary education."  Everyone has a favorite part of teaching. Hanson said, " My favorite part of teaching is yelling at the bad students." Junior Ashley Martin, also a student of Hanson's, had a few words to say about Hanson. "Mr. Hanson is a very good teacher," said Martin, "He is very funny."  Hanson teaches an honors course which Martin is in.

This recognition is long overdue. Mr. Hanson's greatness is bigger than 2 desks stacked on top of each other. If he was to wrestle a bear, I bet Kosovo would be internationally sovereign instead of unilaterally.
