It’s spring, which means that it’s time for East Pennsboro Area High School’s annual talent show!
The talent show, sponsored by our student council, will be held on May 23rd during fifth period in the high school auditorium. A club must sponsor each of the aspiring talent show acts this year. Each student is expected to pay $25 as an entry fee, which will be due on May sixth. Every year a winner is chosen by a panel of judges and/or teachers. The winner receives a prize based on their placement. Student council officers will hold auditions on the eight and ninth of May and will then choose the students that will be participating in the talent show. “There will be six acts chosen out of those who audition,” said Mr. Robert Mulhauser, the advisor. First prize winners receive $75 this year; second price will get $50; and third price will receive $25.Many people have already been talking about entering the talent show. “I am planning on doing an act with my friend,” says sophomore Alex Prophet. Many of the students are very excited for this show. Last year’s talent show was a hit; surely this year’s will be a hit too! |
